Groups & Workshops

These offerings are designed to help individuals & communities tap into the benefits of contemplative practices for general wellbeing and during challenging times. Fees will be set according to Meditation Association of Australia pricing guidelines and with consideration to the size of your organisation.

Workshops & Groups:

I offer workshops teaching evidence based mindfulness practices and the basics of meditation. These are taught with the intention of providing participants with the foundational tools to build their own personal meditation practice to support mental health, build resilience and enrich life.

These workshops are practical, psycho-educational and accessible to all. They can be run as a one off, or as a series that is built upon. They are suitable for:

  • Students and school groups

  • Workplace wellbeing initiatives.

  • For community group programs

  • As professional development for healthcare workers and community service professionals including youth workers, social workers and mental health workers.

Workshops can be tailored to suit your needs and can be delivered in person (within Victoria) or online. Don’t hesitate to contact me to discuss further.

Guided Meditations (hourly rate):

I offer guided group meditations at an hourly rate that include a combination of breath work, mindful embodiment practices and contemplative instruction that can help participants

  • Build resilience through learning how to self-regulate somatically

  • Engage in meaningful self-inquiry

  • Build focus & attention

  • Improve concentration capacity

  • Learn to manage stress & anxiety

  • Build self-compassion

  • Sense belonging & interconnectedness

Please get in touch if you or your organisation are seeking an accredited meditation and mindfulness teacher to run one off or regular guided group meditations.
