About me:

I'm a professional counsellor and psychotherapist, as well as a poet & artist. I hold a deep appreciation for life in all its complexity, working with clients face to face in Melbourne, and throughout Australia via Telehealth. My background includes extensive work in community mental health, where I've supported individuals, youth, and families from diverse backgrounds. I offer culturally sensitive, queer-affirming & neurodivergent-affirming care.

My approach:

I use a decolonised, intersectional approach to psychology that is rooted in non-judgementally understanding the context of a person's difficulties without pathologising. I integrate Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT),  Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) & Outdoor/Nature-based Health, as well as Buddhist analysis and contemplative practices if clients are curious about what this tradition has to offer modern psychology.  I believe therapy should be flexible and empowering, and will collaborate with you closely each session, to help find the insights and tools that resonate with you most intuitively.

Whether you're navigating a specific mental health challenge or exploring broader life patterns, don't hesitate to contact me for a free 15 minute consultation today.

I live, work and create on the unceded lands of the Boon Wurrung and Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung  people of the Kulin Nations. I acknowledge their continued connection and contribution to land, water and community, and pay my respect to elders past, present and emerging.
Always was, always will be Aboriginal land.
